UPTET 2026 Exam Schedule
When will the UPTET 2026 exam be held?
The UPTET 2026 examination is set to occur from July 2 to July 4. Paper-2, which is for classes 6 to 8, will take place on July 2 in two shifts: the first from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and the second from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. An additional session for this paper will be conducted on July 3 during the morning shift. Paper-1 (for classes 1 to 5) will be held in the afternoon shift on July 3 and in the morning shift on July 4.

All candidates are required to arrive at the exam center at least one hour prior to the start of their exam. Late arrivals may result in denial of entry.

Offline Exam:
This year's UPTET 2026 exam will be conducted in offline mode using OMR sheets. Each paper will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), totaling 150 marks, with a duration of 150 minutes. Notably, there will be no negative marking in this examination.
