UPSSSC Vacancy 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has initiated the application process for the recruitment of 722 Excise Constables. Only those candidates who participated in the PET-2025 and possess a valid scorecard are eligible to apply.

Application Criteria:
Candidates must have completed their Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board. Preference will be given to those holding an NCC 'B' certificate. The age limit is set between 18 to 40 years, calculated as of July 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates from reserved categories as per government regulations.
Salary Structure:
Selected candidates will be appointed at Level 2 of the pay matrix, with a starting salary of ₹19,900 per month, which can go up to ₹63,200 per month. Additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other departmental allowances will also be applicable.
