UPSC Releases e-Summon Letters for Personality Test



The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued e-summon letters for candidates preparing for the Personality Test. Those eligible can access their e-summon letters from the official UPSC website, upsc.gov.in, by entering their roll number and date of birth. Below are the steps to check and download the e-summon letter.

1. Visit the official UPSC website.


2. Click on the relevant link available on the homepage.


3. Enter the required information as prompted.


4. The admit card will appear on the screen.


5. Download the document and print it for future reference.

The Personality Test is scheduled to take place from December 8 to December 19, 2025, with a total of 649 candidates participating. Interviews will be conducted in two sessions: morning and afternoon. The morning session starts at 9:00 AM, while the afternoon session begins at 1:00 PM. Out of the candidates, 2,736 qualified for the UPSC Mains exam, and the first round of interviews for the selected 649 candidates will conclude on December 19. Further details regarding the next phase will be shared later.


Candidates attending the interview will be eligible for travel expense reimbursement, limited to second/sleeper class train fares (Mail Express). It is recommended that candidates regularly check the UPSC official website for the latest updates.
