Candidates can verify and download their allotment results by visiting the official website, uceed.iitb.ac.in.

This allotment process is aimed at admissions into Bachelor of Design (B.Des) programs at seven institutes across India, which include:

1. IIT Bombay
2. IIT Delhi
3. IIT Guwahati
4. IIT Hyderabad
5. IIT Indore
6. IIT Roorkee
7. IIITDM Jabalpur

**Next Steps for Selected Candidates**
Those who have been allotted a seat must pay the acceptance fee within the timeframe mentioned in the allotment letter. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.

**Understanding 'Freeze' and 'Float' Options**
**If the first-preference choice is allotted:** Candidates can either accept the seat and choose to "Freeze" it or opt to "Decline" it.
**If a lower-preference choice is allotted (2nd–5th preference):** Candidates can select either "Freeze" or "Float." Choosing "Float" allows candidates to remain eligible for subsequent rounds for a better-preference option.

**Key Regulations**
Declining an offer will make the candidate ineligible for future rounds.
Vacant seats will be available to other candidates in subsequent rounds (Rounds 2 through 5).
If a candidate selects the "Float" option and later secures a higher-preference seat, they will not need to pay the fee again.

**Refund Policies**
A refund will only be processed if the seat is withdrawn during Rounds 1 or 2.
A processing fee of ₹5,000 will be deducted.
Refund amounts are as follows:
GEN/EWS/OBC-NCL Categories: ₹55,000 Refund
SC/ST/PwD Categories: ₹10,000 Refund
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals during Rounds 3, 4, or 5.

IIT Bombay has cautioned candidates against fraudulent agents. Do not trust claims regarding rank manipulation or guaranteed admission; always refer to the official website for accurate information.
