Educational Requirements: Candidates must have a degree or diploma in GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing, or Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution or university, with recognition from the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Applicants must also possess a valid permanent registration certificate from the Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council, Dehradun, and have a working knowledge of Hindi. Preference may be given to those with an NCC 'B' or 'C' certificate or two years of service in the Territorial Army.
Age Criteria: The age limit for applicants is set between 21 and 42 years, calculated as of July 1, 2025.
Salary Structure:
Selected Nursing Officers will be appointed at Pay Level-7 according to the 7th Pay Commission, with a monthly salary ranging from ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400. This position is non-gazetted and includes benefits under the Contributory Pension Scheme.
