A significant opportunity has arisen for young individuals who have completed their 10th grade and are seeking government employment. The Uttar Pradesh government is currently recruiting for 41,424 Home Guard positions across all districts. Interested candidates must submit their applications by December 17, 2025. Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

Eligibility Requirements:


To qualify for the UP Home Guard roles, applicants must be residents of the district from which they are applying. They should have successfully completed their 10th grade. The age limit for applicants is set between 18 and 30 years, with age relaxation available for SC, ST, and OBC candidates. The age will be calculated based on the registration start date. Additionally, candidates with NCC and Bharat Scouts and Guides certificates will receive extra marks ranging from one to three. Those with Disaster Management training certificates will gain three additional marks, while holders of a four-wheeler driving license will earn one extra mark.
