UPCISB is looking to fill a total of 116 vacancies across different roles. The majority of openings—57 positions—are for Assistant/Cashier (Banking Assistant/Clerical Staff). Additionally, there are 45 vacancies for Junior Manager, 7 for Manager, 5 for Assistant Engineer (AE - Civil), and 2 for Assistant/Typist.


Eligibility Criteria
UPCISB has set specific eligibility requirements for each position. Candidates aged between 21 and 40 years can apply, with the age calculated as of January 1, 2026. Below are the educational qualifications needed for each role:



  • Manager and Junior Manager: Candidates must be Commerce graduates with at least 55% marks. Those with degrees in B.E., B.Tech., BCA, MCA, BBA, or MBA are also eligible. For Junior Manager, a 'O' Level Computer Certificate is required.

  • Assistant/Cashier and Assistant Typist: Graduates in any stream with a minimum of 55% marks and a CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) Certificate are eligible. For Assistant Typist, candidates must also have a typing speed of 30–40 words per minute in Hindi and English.

  • Assistant Engineer: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required for this position.


Selection Process and Salary Structure:
The recruitment process will occur in two phases. Initially, a preliminary examination will be conducted, followed by a main examination for those who qualify. A merit list will be created based on the examination results. Salaries for the positions range from ₹15,000 to ₹88,000 per month, depending on the role.
