Eligibility Criteria
UPCISB has set specific eligibility requirements for each position. Candidates aged between 21 and 40 years can apply, with the age calculated as of January 1, 2026. Below are the educational qualifications needed for each role:
- Manager and Junior Manager: Candidates must be Commerce graduates with at least 55% marks. Those with degrees in B.E., B.Tech., BCA, MCA, BBA, or MBA are also eligible. For Junior Manager, a 'O' Level Computer Certificate is required.

- Assistant Engineer: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required for this position.
