Physical Standards:


Men: Height - 165 cm, Chest - 81 cm, Weight - 50 kg


Women: Height - 157 cm, Weight - 46 kg


Race Requirements:


Men must complete a 100-meter race in 16 seconds and an 800-meter race in 3 minutes and 45 seconds. They also need to perform a long jump of 3.5 meters and throw a shot put of 7.26 kg to a distance of 4.5 meters. Women must finish the 100-meter race in 18 seconds, the 800-meter race in 4 minutes and 45 seconds, and achieve a long jump of 3 meters.


The selection process includes a written exam, physical efficiency test, interview, document verification, and a medical examination.


Application Fee: Candidates from SC/ST and female categories are exempt from the application fee, while others must pay ₹200.

Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Assistant Commandant:
