Selection Process & Examination



  • Written-cum-Skill Test (50 Marks)

  • Written Examination (25 Marks | Min. Qualifying: 10 Marks): 25 Multiple Choice Questions (60 minutes total duration) covering Windows/Linux Basics, Networking, Document/PDF Handling, Video Conferencing, Hardware Troubleshooting, and Internet Security.


  • Skill Test (25 Marks | Min. Qualifying: 10 Marks): Practical evaluation covering Document Scanning, PDF to OCR conversion, LibreOffice handling, LAN IP Configuration, Hardware Troubleshooting, and Driver Installations.


  • Viva Voce (50 Marks | Min. Qualifying: 20 Marks): Candidates shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio based on Written-cum-Skill test merit will be invited for a personal interview assessing computer skills, networking, database knowledge, and overall suitability.


  • Candidates can apply for ONLY ONE DISTRICT. Submitting applications for more than one district will lead to rejection in all districts.
