Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
Applicants must have qualified in GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 in one of the following subjects:
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC)
- Computer Science and Information Technology (CS)
Additionally, candidates should possess a BE/BTech degree in one of the following fields from a recognized institution:
- Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication
- Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics
- Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology
Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Physics (with Electronics), or Computer Applications from a recognized university is also acceptable.
Age Limit and Application Fee
Age Limit
As of November 16, 2025, applicants must be aged between 18 and 27 years. Age relaxation is available for candidates from reserved categories as per government regulations.

Selection Process and Salary
Selection Process
The selection for ACIO Grade-II/Technical roles will be determined by:

Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive a salary under Pay Level-7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400) according to the 7th Pay Commission, along with applicable allowances and benefits as per government service regulations.
