Eligibility Criteria for Faculty Positions:
General Insurance Faculty: Applicants must be retired individuals from the role of Deputy General Manager (GIC and PSU companies) or higher, or hold equivalent positions in General Insurance firms in India. A postgraduate degree is required, along with an Associate/Fellowship qualification from the Insurance Institute of India or an equivalent. Candidates should have at least 15 years of managerial experience in a General Insurance company. The age limit is set between 55 and 62 years as of December 31, 2025. This role is contractual.


For the Assistant Professor role, candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks, along with a Ph.D. in Business Management or Social Sciences and a strong academic background. They should have cleared the UGC-conducted NET or SET examination and have management-level experience in a General Insurance company or teaching experience. The age range for applicants is 35 to 55 years, and the service period extends until the age of 60. The salary will align with UGC standards.
