Bank Jobs: Are you in search of a banking job? If yes, this announcement is for you. The Central Bank of India (CBI) has opened applications for Apprentice roles. Interested candidates must apply through the official website. A total of 4,500 positions are available in this recruitment drive.
The recruitment notification was issued on June 12, coinciding with the start of the online application process. The last date to submit applications is June 22.
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in any field from a university recognized by the Government of India. Those with equivalent qualifications are also welcome to apply.
Age Limit
Candidates should be aged between 20 and 28 years. This means that the date of birth should not be earlier than May 31, 1998, or later than May 31, 2006 (both dates included).
Moreover, candidates must have a good command of the local language of the state they are applying for. The notification states that there will be an age relaxation: three years for OBC candidates and five years for SC/ST applicants.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on an online exam and a local language proficiency test. The online exam will be organized by BFSI SSC and will consist of 100 questions worth a total of 100 marks, with a time limit of 60 minutes.
Application Fee
For male candidates from General, EWS, and OBC categories, the application fee is ₹944. Female candidates need to pay ₹708. Candidates from SC/ST, PwD (Persons with Disabilities), and transgender categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹236.
