Bihar Staff Selection Commission Announces Increased Vacancies

The Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has issued a notification regarding the Second Inter-Level Combined Competitive Examination for 2025. The total number of vacancies has been raised from the initial 23,175 to 24,492, with an addition of 1,317 posts.

Application Deadline Extended

To accommodate candidates, the BSSC has extended the application period. Interested individuals can now register and submit their application fees until January 13, 2026. The final date for completing the application form is January 15, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates wishing to apply for the Bihar Second Inter-Level recruitment must have completed their Intermediate/12th grade from a recognized institution. Applications are open to candidates from outside the state as well. The age requirement stipulates that applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 37 years. However, age relaxations will be provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government regulations.
