University of Warwick to Host Open Days Across Major Indian Cities
University of Warwick's Upcoming Multi-City Tour in India
The University of Warwick in the UK is preparing to embark on a multi-city tour across India, with planned visits to Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Bangalore. This initiative aims to provide potential students and their families with an exceptional chance to learn about the various academic programs and courses available, as stated by university officials.
Scheduled for November 8 in Mumbai, November 12 in Delhi, November 15 in Chennai, and November 16 in Bengaluru, these “Open Days” will allow prospective students and their parents to engage directly with faculty members, alumni, and admissions specialists.
Virinder Kalra, Deputy Pro-Vice-Chancellor for South and Central Asia, Middle East at the University of Warwick, emphasized, “The Open Days provide a personal platform for students and parents to engage in crucial discussions that influence their study choices. Selecting a foreign university is a significant academic and financial decision, and we aim to ensure that our prospective students feel informed, connected, and confident in pursuing a Warwick degree.”
The Open Days will feature interactive sessions tailored to address inquiries regarding studying abroad, including details about programs, curriculum, campus culture, and research excellence. Sessions like ‘Academic Panel’, ‘Meet the Departments’, and ‘Alumni Panel’ will provide insights into courses, career trajectories, admissions processes, student experiences, and the enduring value of a Warwick education.
Established in 1965, the University of Warwick is the youngest institution in the esteemed Russell Group, recognized for its commitment to tackling complex global issues through innovative thinking.
