Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Regional Youth Welfare and Provincial Development Team Officer position must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university in India. For the Physical Training Instructor role, a graduation degree is also necessary, along with qualifications in physical education such as D.P.Ed., B.P.Ed., or an equivalent. Additional qualifications like B.P.Ed./D.P.Ed., relevant organizational experience, a minimum of two years of service in the Territorial Army, and an NCC ‘B’ Certificate will be given preference, subject to specific conditions.


Age Limit and Application Fee

Age Requirement: 21 to 40 Years


Candidates must be aged between 21 and 40 years as of July 1, 2026. Relaxations in the upper age limit will be provided for candidates from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and other eligible reserved categories as per Uttar Pradesh government regulations. A processing fee of ₹25 is required at the time of application, and shortlisted candidates will need to pay an additional fee for the main examination.
