HPRCA PGT Vacancy 2026: The Himachal Pradesh State Selection Commission (HPRCA) in Hamirpur has initiated a recruitment process for qualified candidates. A total of 390 Teacher (PGT) positions are available in the subjects of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Commerce. Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the Chemistry teaching position, candidates must possess a Master's degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry with at least 50% marks. Additionally, a minimum of 50% marks in B.Ed. is required, along with passing the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). Proficiency in both Hindi and English is essential.
For the Physics teaching role, candidates should have a Master's degree in Physics, Electronics, or Nuclear Physics, also with a minimum of 50% marks. Similar to Chemistry, candidates must secure 50% in B.Ed. and pass the TET, with the ability to teach in Hindi and English.
For Commerce, candidates need a Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting, Income Tax, or MFC (Master of Finance Control) with at least 50% marks. The same B.Ed. and TET requirements apply, along with proficiency in Hindi and English.
The age criteria for applicants range from a minimum of 18 years to a maximum of 45 years, calculated as of January 1, 2026.
Application Fee:
The application fee is set at ₹800. If candidates need to make changes during the correction period, an additional fee of ₹100 will be charged.
