UPSSSC Releases PET 2025 Admit Cards
Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has officially issued the admit cards for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2025. Candidates eligible to take the exam can download their admit cards from the official website.
To access the admit card, candidates need to visit upsssc.gov.in and enter their registration ID or application number along with their date of birth or password.
The PET exam is scheduled for September 6 and 7, 2025, and will be conducted in two shifts: the first from 10 AM to 12 PM and the second from 3 PM to 5 PM. This offline examination will take place in various districts throughout the state.
The UP PET serves as a qualifying examination for Group C positions. While it is not a recruitment test itself, passing the PET is essential for candidates wishing to participate in future Group C recruitment exams, marking it as a crucial initial step for those seeking government jobs in Uttar Pradesh.
City Intimation Slip
In addition to the admit cards, the commission has also released the city intimation slip for PET 2025. This slip provides candidates with details about their exam city and center, allowing them to plan their travel and preparations accordingly. However, candidates must download the official admit card separately.
Exam Pattern
The UP PET will be conducted using an OMR sheet format. The exam will consist of 100 questions, with each correct answer earning 1 mark. A penalty of 0.25 marks will be applied for incorrect answers. The total duration of the exam is set at 2 hours, and the question paper will be available in both Hindi and English.
