UPPSC Assistant Professor Exam Results Released



The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has officially announced the results for the preliminary examination of Assistant Professors at Government Degree Colleges. Currently, results have been made available for seven subjects: Education, English, Home Science, Physics, Music (Sitar), Urdu, and Persian. It is important to note that the examination for a total of 28 subjects was conducted on May 28, 2026, and results for the remaining subjects will be released shortly.

On the homepage, locate the "What's New" section and click on the link titled: "LIST OF CANDIDATES PROVISIONALLY QUALIFIED FOR MAINS IN ADVT. NO. A-7/E-1/2025, ASST. PROF., GOVT. DEGREE COLLEGE EXAM-2025, EDUCATION, ENGLISH, HOME SCIENCE, PHYSICS, MUSIC VADAN SITAR, URDU, PERSIAN."


The merit list will appear on your screen, allowing you to check your roll number based on your subject.


Qualified Candidates for the Main Examination


UPPSC has also released a notification detailing the number of candidates who have qualified for the Main Examination in these seven subjects. According to the notification, the following candidates have been declared successful based on the preliminary examination: 323 candidates for 14 vacancies in Education; 1,173 candidates for 92 vacancies in English; 640 candidates for 28 vacancies in Home Science; 580 candidates for 60 vacancies in Physics; 23 candidates for 4 vacancies in Sitar (Instrumental Music); 32 candidates for 3 vacancies in Urdu; and 15 candidates for 1 vacancy in Persian.
