The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to hold the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on February 8. Candidates who have registered for the examination are eagerly awaiting the release of the city intimation slip, which will help them identify their exam location and plan their travel accordingly. Historically, CBSE issues this slip approximately 10 days prior to the exam date, suggesting that the city slip may be available in the final week of January.

Procedure for Downloading

Once the CBSE CTET admit card or city slip is released, candidates should follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website at ctet.nic.in.

2. Click on the Admit Card/City Intimation Slip link found in the LATEST NEWS section on the homepage.

3. Enter your application number, date of birth, and the security pin provided, then click the submit button.

4. Your admit card or city slip will appear on the screen, which you can then download and print.

Exam Structure

Details of the Exam Pattern

The CTET will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions across both Paper 1 and Paper 2, with a total score of 150 marks, awarding 1 mark for each correct answer. Candidates will have 150 minutes to complete the exam. The test will be conducted in two shifts: Paper 2 in the morning from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and Paper 1 in the afternoon from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
