Yuva Sangam Phase VI: Online Registration Now Open for Cultural Exchange Program

The Ministry of Education has launched the registration for the sixth phase of the Yuva Sangam program, aimed at youth aged 18-30. This initiative promotes cultural exchange and understanding among different states in India. Participants will engage in educational trips to explore diverse traditions and social dynamics. The program is structured around five key pillars, focusing on tourism, culture, governance, community connections, and technology. With 22 nodal institutions designated for this phase, the Yuva Sangam program is a significant step towards fostering unity in diversity among the youth of India.

Yuva Sangam Program Overview



Yuva Sangam: The Ministry of Education has initiated the online registration for the sixth phase of the Yuva Sangam program, part of the 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' (EBSB) initiative. Interested individuals can apply through the official websites ebsb.aicte-india.org or ekbharat.gov.in. This initiative aims to familiarize the youth with the diverse cultures, traditions, and advancements of various states.


Eligibility Criteria

Young individuals aged between 18 and 30 are eligible to join this program. The criteria include students from higher educational institutions, volunteers from the National Service Scheme (NSS), Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), and young professionals.


Nodal Institutions for Yuva Sangam Phase VI

22 Institutions Designated as Nodal Centers


Twenty-two higher educational institutions have been appointed as nodal centers for this phase. Selected participants will embark on a 5- to 7-day educational and cultural journey to their assigned state or union territory, excluding travel time. This experience will allow them to gain insights into the social, cultural, and educational dynamics of other regions.
