JEE Main 2026 Paper 2 Results Released
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially published the results for Paper 2 of Session 2 of JEE Main 2026. This year, students from Kerala and Uttar Pradesh have excelled in the examination. Candidates can access their scores by visiting the official JEE Main website. To retrieve their results, applicants must input their application number and date of birth. In addition to the scorecards, the NTA has also shared the list of top performers and participation statistics.
Outstanding Performances in Paper 2A and Paper 2B
Students have shown remarkable achievements in both Paper 2A (B.Arch.) and Paper 2B (B.Planning). In Paper 2A, Meera Krishna R.S. and Suryathejas S. from Kerala achieved the highest score, earning a perfect 100th percentile. Similarly, in Paper 2B, Gouri Shankar V. from Kerala and Sarthak Agarwal from Uttar Pradesh also secured a 100th percentile score. Additionally, students from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Telangana have made it to the top 10.
Top Performers in Paper 2A
Kerala's stronghold was evident in the Architecture paper. Following the top scorers Meera Krishna and Suryathejas, Sushilanarayanan S. from Tamil Nadu claimed the third position with a percentile of 99.997. Anshita Suresh from Karnataka and Nivandathi Venkatesh from Tamil Nadu also made it to the top five. Parth Thakur from Himachal Pradesh and Sarah Shakeel from Maharashtra also achieved commendable scores.
Top Achievers in Paper 2B
In the Planning paper, Sarthak Agarwal from Uttar Pradesh excelled, sharing the top position with Gouri Shankar from Kerala. Arnav Shukla from Rajasthan secured the third spot with a percentile of 99.995. Yuvraj Singh Sandhu from Jharkhand and Soham Sharma from Karnataka also ranked among the top five.
Participation Statistics
According to the data released by the NTA, a total of 100,913 candidates registered for Paper 2 this year, comprising 51,601 male and 49,312 female candidates. However, only 71,423 candidates appeared for the examination. Notably, the number of women who attended the exam slightly surpassed that of men, with 35,892 women and 35,531 men present. In the B.Arch category, 38,914 students participated, while 15,654 candidates took the B.Planning exam.
