Selection Process Overview:
The recruitment for RRB PO (Officer Scale-I, II, III) by IBPS is conducted in three phases. The first phase is the Preliminary Examination (Prelims), which is qualifying in nature, meaning its scores do not contribute to the final merit list. This phase tests candidates on reasoning and quantitative aptitude, with successful candidates advancing to the Main Examination.

The final phase consists of the interview, which is worth approximately 100 marks.
