The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has initiated the application process for 13,441 Clerk-Office Assistant positions in Regional Rural Banks starting from September 1, 2026. Graduates interested in government banking roles can submit their applications online through the official IBPS website. The last date for application submission is September 21, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must possess a degree in relevant fields such as Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal/Veterinary Science, or Engineering. Other qualifications like CA, MBA, or LLB are also acceptable.
The age limits for applicants are as follows:
- Office Assistant: 18 to 28 years
- Officer Scale I: 18 to 30 years
- Senior Manager (Officer Scale II): 21 to 32 years
- Senior Manager (Scale III): 21 to 40 years
Age relaxation is available for candidates from reserved categories.

Fee Structure:
Candidates from General, OBC, and EWS categories need to pay ₹850, while SC/ST and PH candidates are required to pay ₹175. Payments can be made online.
