Selection Process



  • No written exam or interview will be held for this recruitment.


  • Selection will be based solely on the merit list derived from the average marks of Class 10th and ITI (50% each).


  • In case of a tie, older candidates will be prioritized; if birth dates are the same, the one who completed Class 10th earlier will be favored.


  • Candidates selected will undergo Document Verification (DV) where original documents will be checked.


  • A Medical Fitness Certificate from a recognized Government Medical Officer is required.

  • Visit the official RRC NR website at rrcnr.org starting from 11 November 2026.


  • Click on the application link for “Engagement of Act Apprentice 2026-27”.


  • Register by providing your Name, Father's Name, Community, Date of Birth, active Mobile Number, and Email ID.


  • Enter your Class 10th and ITI marks as per your original mark sheets.


  • Choose the Cluster (Lucknow, Delhi, Ambala, Firozpur, Moradabad, Jammu) that corresponds to your ITI trade.


  • Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, thumb impression, and required certificates.


  • Pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- online (exempted for SC/ST/PwBD and Female candidates).
