The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has initiated a recruitment campaign for the year 2026, offering a total of 571 job openings. Interested individuals can submit their applications online at mpsc.gov.in until April 9.


This recruitment will cover various roles, including Medical Officer, Public Prosecutor, District Sainik Welfare Officer, Motor Vehicle Prosecutor, Deputy Health Officer, and Deputy Superintendent.


Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not older than 50 years to qualify for these positions. Age relaxation will be provided for applicants from reserved categories as per government guidelines.


Each position has specific educational requirements. For medical roles, an MBBS degree is essential, while law-related positions require an LLB degree. Other roles necessitate a relevant degree or experience in the field.


Selected candidates will earn a monthly salary ranging from ₹44,900 to ₹2,11,900, depending on the position, along with potential additional allowances.


The application fee is ₹394 for General category candidates and ₹294 for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates, payable through online methods.


The selection process consists of three phases: a Preliminary Examination, a Main Examination, and an Interview. Candidates must pass all stages to secure their appointment.
