Understanding the Difference Between City Slip and Admit Card
What is the difference between a city slip and an admit card?
Many candidates confuse the city intimation slip with the admit card, but they serve different purposes:
- City Slip: Provides details about the exam city and date, aiding in travel arrangements.
- Admit Card: Contains personal details, exam center address, shift timings, and essential instructions. Entry to the exam center is not permitted without this document.
Important Guidelines for Candidates
Important Instructions for Students:
To ensure a smooth experience at the exam center, the NTA has issued the following guidelines:
1. Check the distance to your assigned city; if it is far, consider booking transportation in advance.
2. Report any discrepancies in your city slip to the NTA helpline at 011-40759000 immediately.
3. Focus on mock tests and previous year question papers (PYQs) as the exam approaches. Prioritize revision over new material.
