Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?

The ISRO VSSC Internship 2026 is open exclusively to Indian citizens. Applicants must be enrolled in a recognized institution pursuing a regular BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc (in Physics or Chemistry), or PhD program. A minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 (on a 10-point scale) is required in their academic records.

BE and B.Tech students should have completed their sixth semester, while ME, M.Tech, and M.Sc students must have finished their first semester. Candidates who will complete their courses after February 14, 2025, are also eligible. However, students can only participate in this internship once during their degree program.

The internship will last between 21 to 45 days. As this is a training-focused program, selected interns will not receive any stipend or financial support. Participants will work on various projects in ISRO laboratories under the mentorship of scientists. Selection will be based on academic performance and the number of available positions.
