Army Agniveer Recruitment Announcement: The recruitment process for Agniveers has officially commenced today. Aspiring candidates wishing to join the Indian Army are encouraged to submit their applications. The application window opened on February 13 and will remain open until April 1, 2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill a variety of roles, including technical and clerical positions. Don't let this chance slip away! Notably, the upper age limit for applicants has been extended by one year, allowing individuals aged between 17.5 and 22 years to apply.

Exam Schedule (Army Agniveer Exam Date):


The recruitment process consists of multiple stages, starting with a written examination scheduled to take place across various locations in the country from June 1 to June 15, 2026. Candidates who successfully pass this examination will advance to the subsequent stages.


Key Details About the Recruitment:


Selected candidates will serve in the Army for a duration of four years. After this period, 75% of Agniveers will be discharged, while the remaining 25% will be offered permanent positions. Regarding compensation, the monthly salary will start at ₹30,000 in the first year and will rise to ₹40,000 by the fourth year.
