Central Bank of India Apprenticeship Opportunities



Candidates have until today, June 22, 2026, to submit their applications for apprenticeship roles at the Central Bank of India (CBI). Interested individuals can register online through the official CBI website. This recruitment initiative aims to fill a total of 4,500 apprenticeship positions.


**Age Criteria**


Applicants must be between 20 and 28 years of age. There are age relaxations available for certain categories: SC/ST candidates can avail a 5-year relaxation, OBC candidates can benefit from a 3-year relaxation, and candidates with disabilities (PwD) are eligible for a 10-year relaxation.


**Educational Requirements**


To qualify for this apprenticeship, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in India.


**Selection Methodology**


The selection process will involve a written examination followed by a local language proficiency test. The written exam will feature 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) totaling 100 marks, covering areas such as General and Financial Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, and English. The exam will last for one hour, and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. Those who perform well in the written exam will be invited to take the local language test.


**Stipend Details**


Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 for a period of one year.


**Application Fees**


Male candidates from General, EWS, and OBC categories are required to pay ₹800, which includes both examination and intimation fees. Female candidates from these categories need to pay ₹600. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories are exempt from the examination fee but must pay an intimation fee of ₹200.
