The majority of the vacancies are in the fields of computer science and information technology. Additional roles are available for candidates specializing in data science, AI, electronics, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and more. The breakdown of positions is as follows: 124 in Computer Science and IT, 10 in Data Science and AI, 95 in Electronics and Telecommunications, 4 in Civil and Mechanical Engineering, and 19 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, and Geology.

To qualify for these roles, applicants must possess a BE or BTech degree or an MSc in the relevant discipline. They should also have taken the GATE exams in 2023, 2024, or 2025.

Selection will be based purely on merit, with candidates evaluated on their GATE scores and interview results. A strong performance in the GATE exam will significantly enhance the chances of selection.

The upper age limit for applicants is set at 30 years. However, candidates from SC, ST, OBC categories, as well as government employees and ex-servicemen, are eligible for age relaxation in accordance with government policies.
