Bank of India Launches Apprenticeship Recruitment 2025



The Bank of India has initiated the application process for 400 apprenticeship roles as part of its Apprenticeship Recruitment 2025 initiative, which includes a one-year training program for graduates.


A notification regarding the Apprenticeship Recruitment 2025 has been issued by the Bank of India. This recruitment drive will offer 400 apprenticeship positions for young individuals during the 2025-26 academic year. Notably, these positions will be available across various states in India, and selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly stipend.


The online application process for the Bank of India Apprenticeship 2025 commenced on December 25, 2025, and interested applicants can submit their applications until January 10, 2026. The bank has emphasized that applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.


States Offering Apprenticeship Positions


This recruitment will fill apprenticeship roles in multiple states throughout the country. Positions are allocated in cities across Assam, Bihar, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, and more. The highest number of positions are available in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Jharkhand, indicating a nationwide recruitment focus.


Eligibility Criteria


Candidates interested in applying for the Bank of India Apprenticeship must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university or institution. It is essential that the degree was obtained between April 1, 2021, and December 1, 2025. Applicants will need to provide their mark sheets and degree certificates during the application process.


Age Requirements


The age limit for applicants is set between 20 and 28 years. Therefore, candidates must have a date of birth that falls between December 2, 1997, and December 1, 2005, inclusive. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories as per government regulations.


Application Fee Structure


The application fee varies based on the candidate's category. Candidates with disabilities will have a reduced fee. Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and all female applicants will also benefit from lower fees compared to the general category. Conversely, candidates from the General, OBC, and EWS categories will face a slightly higher fee. Payment must be made online.


Stipend Details


Selected candidates for the Bank of India Apprenticeship 2025 will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 13,000 during their one-year training period. Of this amount, Rs. 8,500 will be provided by the Bank of India, while Rs. 4,500 will be transferred directly to the candidate's account by the government through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). It is important to note that no additional allowances or benefits will be provided during the training.


Selection Process


The selection for the apprenticeship will follow the guidelines set by the bank and NATS. Candidates' educational qualifications and required documents will be verified. Those selected will be assigned to various bank branches for training, where they will gain experience in banking operations.

  • They must complete the new registration process to create a login ID and password.

  • Next, they should select the Bank of India Apprenticeship 2025 option and fill out the application form.

  • Personal details, educational qualifications, and necessary documents must be uploaded.

  • Finally, after paying the application fee, candidates should submit the form.
