Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be aged between 21 and 30 years as of August 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories as per government regulations.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution. Additionally, a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank listed in the RBI's Second Schedule is required.
Experience in clerical positions will not be considered valid for this recruitment.
Language Proficiency Requirement
Proficiency in the local language of the chosen state is essential. Candidates who have not studied the relevant local language in Class 10 or Class 12 will need to take a Language Proficiency Test (LPT).
Selection Process
The selection process for the Local Bank Officer position will consist of several stages, including:

Salary and Bond Condition

A probation period of 12 months will be mandatory for appointed candidates.
3-Year Service Bond:
Candidates must sign a bond to serve for a minimum of three years. If they leave before this period, they will need to pay an amount equivalent to three months' gross salary, capped at ₹2 lakh.
