Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for AIIMS NORCET 10, candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:



  • B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an INC or State Nursing Council recognized institute

  • B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing

  • Registered as Nurse & Midwife with the State or Indian Nursing Council


Alternatively, candidates with a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) must have at least two years of experience in a hospital with a minimum of 50 beds.

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Maximum Age: 30 years


Age relaxation is available as per government regulations:



  • SC/ST candidates: 5 years

  • OBC candidates: 3 years

  • PwBD candidates: Up to 10 years

Exam Pattern

The recruitment process consists of two stages:
