The interview process for those shortlisted in the UPSC ESE 2026 Main examination is set to begin on September 21, 2026, with a total of 1,336 candidates expected to participate.

As per the official announcement from the Commission, the personality tests will be organized in two sessions: the morning session will start at 9:00 AM, while the afternoon session will commence at 1:00 PM.
