Each non-teaching role has specific educational and experience criteria that must be met.


Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

Who Can Apply?
For the Manager (IT) position, candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc in Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, CS, or IT. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, networking, and data security is essential.


For the Assistant Manager (IT) role, the same educational qualifications apply, but candidates need only 3 years of relevant experience.


For the Manager (Guest House) position, a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Tourism with at least 60% marks is required, along with 5 years of experience in guest house operations, including front desk management and housekeeping.


For the Junior Engineer (Mechanical) role, candidates must have a degree or a First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. If holding a diploma, 5 years of experience is necessary; for a degree holder, 3 years of experience is required.


For the Assistant (Finance) position, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minimum of 60% marks and 3 years of experience in accounting, Tally, GST, and TDS. The Assistant (Administration) role requires a bachelor's degree from a recognized university and 3 years of experience in official noting, drafting, computer operations, and filing.
