JNU MBA Program Admissions Open for 2026-27: Apply Now

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has opened applications for its MBA program for the academic year 2026-27. Interested candidates who have taken the CAT 2025 exam can apply online until March 31. JNU MBA Admission Notification



Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is now accepting applications for its MBA program at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship for the academic year 2026-27. Interested candidates who have taken the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 and meet the eligibility requirements can apply online via JNU's official portal. The application window opened on February 10, and submissions will be accepted until March 31.


Application Process

Steps to Apply:


1. Complete the online application form with your personal information.


2. Provide details of your academic qualifications.


3. Upload scanned images of your photograph and signature in JPG format.


4. Pay the application fee online.


5. New applicants must register before filling out the application.


Eligibility Criteria

Requirements:


Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution, which should involve at least three years of study post-Class 12 (10+2).


Minimum Marks Required:


50% for General, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates.


45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.


Final-year students and those awaiting results can also apply, provided they meet eligibility criteria at the time of admission.


Admission Process

Candidates must have taken the CAT 2025 exam conducted by the IIMs. Applicants need to submit their CAT registration number and score. Selection for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) will be based on CAT scores, with at least seven times the number of candidates selected for these rounds compared to available seats.


Final Selection Criteria

The final selection will be based on the following criteria:


CAT Score: 70%


Group Discussion: 10%


Personal Interview: 20%


For international applicants, a valid GMAT score (minimum 500) and a Bachelor's degree are required.


Seat Availability and Reservation Policy

Total seats available: 75


Reservation will follow government guidelines.


Application Fee

The application fee is ₹2,000 for General, EWS, and OBC (NCL) candidates, and ₹1,000 for SC/ST/PwD candidates. Applicants are encouraged to review the PG and ADOP e-Prospectus 2026-27 available on the official JNU website to confirm eligibility before applying.
