JEE Advanced 2026 Results Released



The anticipation has come to an end for countless students aspiring to gain admission into India's esteemed engineering institutions, specifically the IITs. The results for JEE Advanced 2026 have now been published, capturing the attention of students and their families, as these results are crucial for IIT admissions. Shubham Kumar from the Delhi Zone has excelled, achieving the All India Rank 1.


In the female category, Aarohi Deshpande has emerged as the leading candidate. With the results now available, the JoSAA counseling process for successful candidates is set to begin.


IIT Roorkee Conducts JEE Advanced 2026

The JEE Advanced 2026 examination was organized by IIT Roorkee, with results officially announced on the evening of May 31. The exam took place on May 17 in two shifts. Candidates can access their scorecards by visiting the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.


Top Ranks Achieved

Shubham Kumar from the Delhi Zone topped the Common Rank List with a score of 330 out of 360. Kabir Chhillar followed closely in second place with 329 marks, while Jatin Chahar secured the third position with 319 marks. Remarkably, all three top ranks were claimed by students from the Delhi Zone. Among female candidates, Aarohi Deshpande also from the Delhi Zone, scored 280 marks, placing her at the 77th rank in the Common Rank List.


Candidates Qualifying for Admission

This year, more than 1.87 lakh students registered for the JEE Advanced examination, with approximately 1.79 lakh candidates participating in both papers. The results indicate that 56,880 candidates have successfully qualified, including 10,107 female students. Professor Kamal Kishore Pant, the Director of IIT Roorkee, extended his congratulations to the successful candidates and encouraged them to engage in the JoSAA 2026 counseling process.
