Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has commenced the admission process for its Master of Business Administration (MBA) program for the academic years 2026-28. Interested candidates can submit their applications for this two-year MBA program, managed by JNU's Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship (ABVSME), until May 15, 2026. Applications must be submitted online only. The first MBA cohort at ABVSME began in 2019, and since then, the school has gained recognition in management and entrepreneurship education.

**How to Apply**


Candidates can apply online for the MBA program at JNU's ABVSME. Applications should be submitted through JNU's official online admission portal. The application process begins with online registration, after which candidates must log in using their application number and password to complete their submission. The registration fee is ₹2,000 for General, EWS, and OBC candidates, while SC, ST, and PwD candidates are required to pay ₹1,000.


During the application, candidates must upload scanned copies of their photograph, signature, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, graduation mark sheet, and CAT 2025 scorecard. For international applicants, a valid GMAT score will be accepted.

Admission to the MBA program at JNU's ABVSME is based on a specific evaluation pattern. The merit list for MBA admissions is created using CAT scores, Group Discussions, and Personal Interviews. As per JNU's information, the CAT score carries a weightage of 70%, Group Discussion marks account for 10%, and Personal Interview scores contribute 20%. The final merit list is compiled based on these weighted criteria.
