BSEB Bihar Board 2026: The Bihar Board has officially announced that the application process for Class 6 admissions (session 2027-28) at Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya in Jamui will commence on August 3, 2026.

Parents interested in enrolling their children can submit applications from August 3 to August 18, 2026. The Board has provided comprehensive details regarding the admission procedure, available seats, examination format, and tentative exam dates.

120 Seats Available:

As per the notification from the Bihar Board, a total of 120 seats will be available for Class 6 at Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya, with 60 seats allocated for boys and 60 for girls. Admission will be based on an entrance examination.

Entrance Exam Structure

Exam Pattern Overview:

The entrance examination will be conducted in two phases. The preliminary exam will feature 150 objective-type questions, allowing candidates 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete it, with no negative marking. Only those who pass this stage will qualify for the main examination, which will be worth 300 marks and conducted in two shifts at centers in Patna. The questions will be aligned with the Class 5 curriculum.
