Ayodhya Students Achieve Remarkable Success



This year, students from Ayodhya have showcased exceptional performance in the UP Board High School examinations. Aradhya, a pupil from Canossa Convent Girls’ Inter College, achieved the 9th rank in the state with an impressive score of 578 out of 600 marks.


The UP Board Class 10 results were announced on Thursday (April 23), revealing that girls from Ayodhya, known as the 'City of Ram', have made a significant impact at the state level. Notably, three students from this district have secured positions in the top 10 merit list, bringing pride to their community.


Performance Highlights

The students from Ayodhya have truly excelled in this year's UP Board High School examinations. Aradhya Jaiswal from Canossa Convent Girls’ Inter College achieved the 9th rank statewide with 578 marks. Ambika Kasoudhan from MS Naaz Inter College, Suchitaganj (Sohawal), followed closely, securing the 10th rank with 577 marks. Additionally, Prachi Pandey from Canossa Inter College made it to the top 10 with a remarkable score of 96.17%. The students credit their success to the unwavering support of their parents and teachers, creating a celebratory atmosphere in their families and schools. Educators have praised this achievement as a result of diligence, discipline, and consistent effort.


Class 12 Results Overview

In contrast, no student from Ayodhya made it to the top 10 merit list for the Intermediate (Class 12) examinations this year. However, the achievements of these young women demonstrate that with hard work and commitment, any goal is attainable.

Sister Linda Thomas, the Principal of Canossa Convent School, expressed pride in this significant accomplishment for their institution. She stated, “We had high hopes for these talented students, and they have successfully met our expectations.” The school focused on key areas of improvement, which is reflected in their securing the 9th and 10th ranks in the state. UP Board Examination Statistics

This year, the UP Board examination results indicated a notable increase in the pass percentage. In Class 10, 90.42% of students passed, while Class 12 saw a pass rate of 80.83%. According to UP Board statistics, 87.30% of male students passed in Class 10, whereas female students excelled with a success rate of 93.76%. In Class 12, 75.04% of male students succeeded, while female students achieved a pass rate of 86.32%, leading the way.
